I’ve worn many hats — yoga teacher, personal trainer, fitness manager, and eternal student of the human body. But at the heart of it all, I’m someone who believes in meeting people where they are and helping them rise from there.

My training philosophy is rooted in the belief that fitness should be a lifestyle that feels good — not a punishment.
Through Fitology with Lauren, I blend science-based training with mindful movement to help you build a strong body, balanced mindset, and renewed confidence from the inside out.
